How we manage rentals for landlords and tenants
Brasília's rental market is shaped by a steady flow of federal employees, diplomats, and university professionals who arrive in the city on fixed-term assignments. That makes lease terms, guarantor requirements, and pricing dynamics quite specific to this market. What falls outside our rental scope
We manage rental introductions and contract execution, but we are not a full property management company for day-to-day maintenance. Repairs, utility issues, and condominium matters remain the landlord's responsibility — we can recommend reliable service providers in Brasília, but we do not act as building managers. We also focus exclusively on the Federal District; if you need a rental in São Paulo or Rio, we're not the right agency for that search.
